Duo Property Management is a Southern California property management company focused on 30 to 60 unit multifamily apartment buildings in Los Angeles and Orange County. Based in Torrance, we work with apartment owners who want a more capable, hands-on management partner to protect property value, improve day-to-day operations, and reduce the burden of ownership.

Since 2015, Duo Property Management has built its business around serving owners of mid-sized apartment properties that require more than routine management.
